Emmanuel immigrated from Nigeria, served six years in the army, obtained a Masters Degree in Safety, Security and Emergency Management, with specialty in Occupational Safety, joined the Houston Fire Department in 2006, and retired as a Captain.
Cyril is a NEBOSH graduate, a creative thinker, an Ex-Marine Chief Engineer/ Technical Superintendent, and a Fleet Manager who has sailed on and managed various types of Marine vessels and other assets.
